Presque Isle Ride Around

It’s been a long time since I’ve rode the peninsula. It’s so beautiful and I’m so fortunate to have so close to home. Pennsylvania has a lot to offer.

Rio Verde Trip

Trip to Rio Verde, Arizona to visit biking buddy Mark “Fish” Frye. Rode some awesome mountain trails and got a real taste for the Sonoran Desert. Many great bike riding moments and laughs.

Crunchy Snow and Ice Along the Sandy Creek Trail

A short walk on the Sandy Creek Trail should have been easy but the crusty snow and ice made it difficult to stay upright. It’s exciting to see trails that I bike ride in the other three seasons during winter. But I could never go as far on them in these conditions. The drone helped me see more that I would never be able to reach as well. The thin line paralleling the far shore of the Allegheny River is the Allegheny Trail. It runs from Franklin to Emlenton and is also a great bike trail.

Not Bike Related But Lots of Snow

This video is just an aerial update on the plant and how it looks in winter. I shot this in 4K but because it was so cold my technique is not that great. I was also messing with the zoom control which I had not used before. Enjoy.

Deer Hollow

Winter is coming and the forest is preparing for another cold slumber. Leaves have fallen and grass has turned brown. Wildflowers are dried and drift with each stiff breeze preparing for springs warmth and rain.
