Tom and Mark do the GAP Trail for Cancer Research
Mark and Tom will begin their ride a week from tomorrow on the Great Allegheny Passage trail. They will be riding as part of the VeloSano Bike For A Cure cancer charity. The journey will be about 150 miles in total and they pledged to raise $1000.00 towards Cleveland Clinics cancer research. Mark lives in Arizona and Tom lives in Pennsylvania, they have been friends since grade school and they’ve done kayak trips and other things together but this is first time they will be riding bikes together. Both enjoy bike riding distances in their own states, so this ride will add a time of quality riding and fund raising for a cause that has touched all of us.
