Day 3 to Cumberland

It’s 45 degrees and clear this morning. I’m sitting outside drinking hotel room K cup coffee and shivering as I type this on my iPhone.

Mark and I are taking a raft trip this morning down the Youghiogheny River. It’s so cold out I think the water will be warmer. We found it hard to get food last night at 7:00 pm. Most places were closing and one place was closed due to a power outage…. Signs at these places asked us to be patient since it is hard to get help these days. Why is that?

From Ohiopyle we will start our way to Confluence and it should be a short day of bike riding.
